My name is Noah Hazan, and I’m the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Baiters Better Baits, a company dedicated to providing high-quality artificial fishing baits at fair and affordable prices. I co-founded this business because I believe anglers deserve products that perform exceptionally without overpaying.
At 14 years old, I take my role seriously—managing our financial operations, assisting with strategic planning, and helping lead the direction of our company as we grow. I’m also involved in product development and quality testing to ensure our baits meet the high standards we set for ourselves and our customers.
Outside of business, I’m passionate about fishing, innovation, and entrepreneurship. My long-term goal is to grow Baiters Better Baits into a nationally recognized name in the fishing industry and continue creating businesses that bring value, purpose, and innovation to people’s lives.

CEO - Benjamin Gober
My name is Benjamin Gober, and I’m the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Baiters Better Baits. I helped launch this company with one mission in mind: to give anglers across all skill levels access to premium-quality baits without the high price tag. As CEO, I oversee our brand direction, product innovation, and day-to-day leadership as we scale our business from local startup to a recognized name in the fishing industry.
I’ve always been passionate about entrepreneurship and the outdoors. Baiters Better Baits is the perfect way to bring those two worlds together. I take pride in leading a team that’s dedicated, hard-working, and driven to make a real impact. My vision is to grow our company into a leader in fishing gear, always staying true to our values of quality, affordability, and authenticity.
COO - Ethan Weitz
I’m Ethan Weitz, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Baiters Better Baits. My role is all about making sure the operations behind the scenes run smoothly—from managing logistics and supply chains to coordinating our product releases and customer experience. I take pride in keeping our systems tight so our team can focus on doing what we do best: delivering top-tier baits at prices anglers can trust.
I’ve always had a strong interest in business operations and problem-solving, and this company has given me the opportunity to put those skills to work. As we grow, I’m committed to maintaining the quality, service, and efficiency that make Baiters Better Baits stand out. My goal is to help build a company that earns its place in every angler’s tackle box.
